`VideoFrameSample` 节点使用四种策略之一从视频中提取固定数量的帧。对于连续策略 "head" 和 "tail"，输出为惰性视频引用（帧不会被解码）；对于非连续策略 "uniform" 和 "random"，仅解码选定的帧。

## 输入

* `num_frames` 会自动被限制为输入视频的总帧数。
* 除非 `strategy` 设置为 `"random"`，否则 `seed` 参数无效。
* 当 `strategy` 为 `"uniform"` 且 `num_frames` 为 1 时，选择视频的中间帧。
* 无法识别的 `strategy` 值将引发错误。
